EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES

1. Exchanges and Returns

- Request Period: You can request an exchange or return within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Product Conditions: Products must be in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. Shoes must be clean and in perfect condition to be accepted for exchange or return.

2. Process of Change

- Request: To request a change, contact our customer service team at help@mariamar.shop and provide the order number and the reason for the change.
- Instructions: Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange. Shipping costs for the exchange will be borne by the customer.

3. Return Process

- Request: To request a return, please contact our customer service team at help@mariamar.shop and provide the order number and the reason for the return.
- Refund: Once the shoes have been received and their condition verified, the refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Processing Time: The refund will be processed within 10 to 30 business days after receiving and verifying the product.

4. Exceptions to the Exchange and Return Policy

- Damaged or Poor Condition Products: María Mar reserves the right to not accept exchanges or returns of shoes that arrive damaged, in poor condition or that do not comply with our return conditions. Products must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of use and in the original packaging.
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with special discounts are subject to availability and our standard returns policy. Please be sure to check the specific sale conditions as they may vary.
